Ready-to-play host kit

Baby Shower Password Game: 30 Words, Clues and a 20-Minute Host Plan

Host a twenty-minute shower game with three ten-word sets: nursery objects, celebration and family keepsakes. Every card offers legal clue alternatives without requiring parenting expertise.

Playable words and hosting plan

Three newcomer-friendly shower rounds

Words 1–10 cover familiar nursery objects, 11–20 celebration and comfort, and 21–30 family and keepsakes. Ask the parents which words to include. No guest needs to know a brand, medical detail or private family story.

Each word has two legal example hints and a context note. Mobile means a hanging decoration in this set; agree that meaning during rehearsal. Use the printable secret-word cards for Classic paper play and keep the clue key on the host side.

  1. 0–3 minutes: form pairs and try two unscored cards.
  2. 3–8 minutes: play the object set, allowing passes for unfamiliar words.
  3. 8–13 minutes: rotate roles and use celebration words.
  4. 13–18 minutes: finish with family/keepsake words.
  5. 18–20 minutes: total paper points and share a tied win.

30 words and optional legal clues

This is the private host planning table. Keep it off the guessers’ display; the answer-free player clue cards in the general picker are for prepared-clue play.
